Box Lacrosse Rules

Rules: 5 V 5 box lacrosse, 20 min running halves, Stick checks legal, NO LOSE BALL CONTACT ALLOWED(everyone must attempt to pick up lose balls), Limited contact allowed(you can hit the man with possession of the ball***NO BOARDING ALLOWEWD*** ), All substitutions on the fly, Penalties will be time serving, 5 Minute half time...If game ends in a tie, Shoot out will determine winner... Each team must have 5 original team members in attendance or the game is a forfeit, No more then 10 players per team(Per game), Every team is allowed to fill in their roster with other players(so long as they have 5 original and no more than 10 on their teams that night)

Tie Breaker comes down to Overall record, Goals Scored, Goals Allowed Coin Toss.
